Shipping, Delivery & Packaging
Handmade Quality: Every artwork or other product is an original, handmade creation. Due to the sensitive nature of paintings, each item is packed using heavy-duty protective materials to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Domestic Shipping(Greece): Orders within Greece are shipped via cooperating courier services.Delivery takes 3-5 business days at a fixed flat rate of 15 euro.
International Shipping (Europe): Orders to European destinations are shipped via registered mail or courier. Delivery takes 7-14 business days at a fixed flat rate of 25euro.
Tracking: As soon as your artwork or product is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email so you can monitor your shipment.
Returns,Cancellations & Exchange Policy
14 Day Window : Because these are unique, one-of-a-kind original art and other creations returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
Return Conditions: To eligible for a refund, the artwork or creation must be returned in its perfect, original condition and inside its secure original packaging. If the item is damaged during the return transit due to poor packaging , a refund cannot be issued.
Shipping Costs: The byer is fully responsible for all return shipping fees, including trackable shipping methods. Original shipping charges are Non-Refundable.
Damaged Items During Transit
Immediate Action Required: In the rare event that your package arrives with visible signs of damage or the painting inside has been harmed during transport, do not worry.
Process: Please take clear photos of the damaged packaging and the artwork or creation immediately .Contact me at njcoulouras@hotmail.com within 24 Hours of delivery with the attached photos.
Resolution: Upon reviewing the proof of damage, i will immediately process a full refund to your original payment method or issue a store credit, according to your preference.

ALL COPYRIGHT AND REPRODUCTION rights of any artwork and creation remain exclusively with the artist ( ArtNik ). The purchase of a painting or creation does not transfer any reproduction rights to the buyer.
