Shipping, Delivery & Packaging<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Handmade Quality<\/strong>: Every artwork or other product is an original, handmade creation. Due to the sensitive nature of paintings, each item is packed using heavy-duty protective materials to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Domestic Shipping(Greece): <\/strong>Orders within Greece are shipped via cooperating courier services.Delivery takes 3-5 business days<\/strong> at a fixed flat rate of 15 euro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

International Shipping (Europe):<\/strong> Orders to European destinations are shipped via registered mail or courier. Delivery takes 7-14 business days <\/strong> at a fixed flat rate of 25euro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tracking: <\/strong>As soon as your artwork or product is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email so you can monitor your shipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Returns,Cancellations & Exchange Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

14 Day Window :<\/strong> Because these are unique, one-of-a-kind original art and other creations returns are accepted within 14 days<\/strong> of the delivery date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Return Conditions:<\/strong> To eligible for a refund, the artwork or creation must be returned in its perfect, original condition<\/strong> and inside its secure original packaging<\/strong>. If the item is damaged during the return transit due to poor packaging , a refund cannot be issued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shipping Costs:<\/strong> The byer is fully responsible for all return shipping fees, including trackable shipping methods. Original shipping charges are Non-Refundable<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Damaged Items During Transit<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Immediate Action Required:<\/strong> In the rare event that your package arrives with visible signs of damage or the painting inside has been harmed during transport, do not worry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Process:<\/strong> Please take clear photos of the damaged packaging and the artwork or creation immediately .Contact me at njcoulouras@hotmail.com within 24 Hours <\/strong>of delivery with the attached photos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Resolution:<\/strong> Upon reviewing the proof of damage, i will immediately process a full refund to your original payment method or issue a store credit, according to your preference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ALL COPYRIGHT AND REPRODUCTION rights of any artwork and creation remain exclusively with the artist ( ArtNik ). The purchase of a painting or creation does not transfer any reproduction rights to the buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
